Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services provided by BTX Group LLC ("us", "we", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services Provided

BTX Group LLC provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and technology consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any service will be defined in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, and content provided by BTX Group LLC in the course of business remain the intellectual property of BTX Group LLC. Client-specific data and custom configurations created by BTX Group LLC for a client shall remain the property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BTX Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in courts located in Florida.
